The ‘Kunstrepublik’ association invited five international artists to design a public art project on a urban waste land on the former death strip in the center of Berlin. With the title “Wunderland”, the recent history and possible future of unemployed spaces framed the context for experiments dealing with the fiction of urbanity and the imagination of different realities.
