As an ambulant information snack bar that settles at the fringe of the city center, the UIW offers an open library and a space for discussion about current personal and societal utopia. Literature, text and visual material do provide the base for a change of per- spective - from the touristic and con- suming gaze to an interactive commu- nication of one's personal ideas or practice that may possibly be linked to an utopian definition of the space we create.
