The effects of the soccer world championship 2006,  which, in the apron of its realisation, already maneuvered the german publicity close to a state of emergency, were issue for the exhibition "Heimspiel". Here, critical positions were assembled, which  commented on the topics ‘sport’, ‘event culture’ and their socio-political perception. The installation Jubelbox itself reflects the boundaries of the spectacle, which uncovers vital socio-political mechanisms beyond the euphoria around the actual sports event.
